Coolaroo Retail For Lease

A new retail and services complex being developed on the corner of Barry & Pascoe Vale Roads in Coolaroo continues to lease up.
With a project value of about $10 million, the project known as 1350 Pascoe Vale Road now occupies the long vacant corner site.
It is within easy reach of the new Coolaroo railway station on the Broadmeadows line.
The project is being developed by two local investors and the builder is Dzine Group.
