We have recently sold two cleverly-designed offices in 1 Bik Lane, Fitzroy North. The combined sale result was $2,885,000.
The larger building of 400 sqm was sold to a leading architectural firm and the smaller 130 sqm building was sold to a local landbanker, who intends to hold the asset long term.
