Before making the transition to the real estate field, Marcel ran his own hospitality business for four years. This experience gave him valuable insights into tenant priorities and requirements. He began his real estate career in the residential sector before making the switch to commercial property several years ago.
Marcel’s understanding of both the tenant side and the investor side of commercial asset management helps him find solutions to issues that arise, while maintaining good relationships with all the stakeholders involved.
Marcel holds a Bachelor degree in Property and Real Estate from Deakin University, majoring in Financial Management and is also fluent in Spanish. His personal interests include food, travel and the soccer teams Real Madrid and Liverpool.
