The property has been leased to Bread Street Bakery for the past 20 years.

The key highlights include:

> Lease: 5+5 years commencing 1 April 2017

> Land area: 229 sqm

> Rear laneway access plus parking

The property sold to a local investor for $1,170,000 which represents a passing yield of 3.75%.
