Creswick Secures Landmark Healesville Retail Premises

GrayJohnson has leased off market a substantial retail premises in the heart of Healesville to Creswick Natural Fibres.

Creswick has leased 278 sqm approx. of prominent retail space at 213 Maroondah Highway, Healesville.

The lease negotiated by GrayJohnson consisted of a long lease term of 5 + 5 years at a starting rental of $100,000 pa Net.

Creswick Natural Fibres is owned and operated by descendants of founder Paul Ryzowy, a Polish immigrant who took over a mill in Creswick in 1947.

Today, the company is the largest manufacturing business in that area near Ballarat and produces luxurious fabrics from alpaca, cashmere, wool and other fibres.

The company in recent years has expanded its retail presence into busy destinations including Block Arcade in the city, Hawthorn, Box Hill, Elsternwick and regional areas including Beechworth, Daylesford & Sassafras in the Dandenongs.
