During the month of December 2021 the following transactions were finalised:
1343 Burke Road, Kew – sold to a value-add investor in the low $900,000.
138 Burgundy Street, Heidelberg – sold for $4,700,000. $900,000 above the reserve. Sold on a tight yield of 2.7%.
22-24 Brunsdon Street, Bayswater – substantial landholding of 3,894 sqm approx. Sold to a local developer via EOI for in excess of $3,200,000.
94A Bulla Road, Bulla – GrayJohnson acted for Telstra to sell a large landholding of 2,435 sqm approx. Price: undisclosed.
Unit 1/2 Frankston Gardens Drive, Carrum Downs – main road showroom with short term income. Sold at auction in the low $900,000’s at auction.
