Rory has been with GrayJohnson for 14 years and is a valuable member of our Agency Department. He is a highly skilled and enthusiastic commercial operator, who specializes in city fringe sales/leasing, portfolio disposal and buyer representation. His role requires a multitude of skills to deliver quality property solutions for his clients.
Rory was instrumental in the disposal of the Origin Limited portfolio. This consisted of finalising 10 lease renegotiations across metropolitan Melbourne. He has also been in charge of disposing of assets for Telstra and selling major industrial sites off-market for wealthy private clients. He enjoys the challenges of helping clients navigate through these complex property transactions.
For Rory, hard work and an uncompromising commitment to the highest ethical standards are of utmost importance. He takes pride in looking after his clients’ interests and takes considerable time and effort to understand the asset GrayJohnson has been appointed to manage, sell or lease.
Beyond his working life, Rory has a passion for all sports and enjoys discovering new places in his overseas travels.
