Grant’s background in many aspects of property management makes him uniquely equipped to solve problems and provide value to all parties – both tenants and landlords.
With more than 25 years’ experience in commercial property, Grant has held senior roles at a number of companies in the property sphere. He was Company Secretary at CB Limited, owners of the Coates Building at 20 Collins Street, and worked for several years as Director of Property Management for the developer, Deague Group.
Grant has served as owner’s representative and owners’ corporation committee member for several commercial properties including 530 Little Collins St, 1 Queens Road, The Blackman Hotel and Quest developments. He has coordinated the leasing and management of retail tenancies within the Art Series Hotel Group.
Among his major achievements Grant lists staff recruitment for sales and management of ‘The Chen’ twin towers in Box Hill. For that property he was also involved in the off-shore sale and subsequent leasing/management of over 350 apartments in 12 months,
Grant holds an Advanced Diploma of Communication and Marketing. His clear communication skills and diverse experience make him efficient and responsive to his clients. Outside the office he undertakes fund raising and volunteer work for the MS Society and is a keen follower of AFL football, tennis, English football and motor sport.
