Crawfords Secures Prominent High Street, Preston Freehold

GrayJohnson has acquired a prime retail premises on behalf of Mark LoGiudice of Crawfords.

Our company canvassed 10 property owners in the High Street precinct. The brief was to secure a vacant premises (preferably a corner) for a national tenant.

GrayJohnson acquired the property off market for $2,775,000. The sale was finalised with no direct competition from the open market.
