Trophy Swan Street Site Sells for Circa $10 Million

GrayJohnson has recently sold 488-490 Swan Street, Richmond via EOI for circa $10 million.

The property consisted of a valuable landholding of 1,165 sqm approx. with a quality office/warehouse of 935 sqm approx.

The property was leased to Austral Bricks for $186,000 pa on a short term lease arrangement.

Our campaign generated strong interest with 6 EOIs lodged.
