1-7 Chifley Drive, Preston consists of a prominent and valuable landholding of 2,166 sqm approx.

On the site is a highly-functional office/warehouse of 1,825 sqm approx. which was built in the mid-1970s.

The auction was hotly-contested with 5 bidders competing for the property.

The successful buyer was a well known landbanker who intends to add value to the site.
