Collingwood continues to be the suburb of choice from big name developers (Gurner, Pace Development Group, Domain Hill Property Group and Liberman-backed Impact Investment Group) who are seeking sites for new residential and commercial projects.

GrayJohnson has recently sold a well-proportioned site of 916 sqm approx. at 73-77 Sackville Street, Collingwood.

GrayJohnson devised a targeted EOI digital campaign and realised a strong sale result on behalf of our clients.

The property sold for $6,300,000, which represented a land rate of $6,877.
