Northland Sale Activity 2019

GrayJohnson has sold two prominent showroom/warehouses in the Northland Urban Renewal Precinct for $2,920,000.

Both properties were purchased by a local investor who intends to lease the properties.

64 & 66 Albert Street, Preston have excellent main road frontage and enjoy a strategic location in proximity to the evolving Bell Street bulky goods precinct.

There has been unprecedented interest from all buyer groups (investors, owner-occupiers, landbankers and developers) in commercial/industrial assets in the inner north, more especially: Alphington, Fairfield and Preston.

This trend will continue as stock levels remain tight.
